Tattoo Booking Policies

​

1. Booking Process | How to Book

  • Schedule a consultation (Recommended especially for new clients)

  • Submit a booking request through my website.

  • Once your consultation or booking request is reviewed, you'll receive your quote and deposit invoice.

  • Your appointment is officially confirmed only and after your deposit has been received.

  • Confirmation is sent via email with a copy of your invoice and address to  your appointment.

2. Deposits | Appointments are not held without a deposit.

  • Deposit Amount is 25% of your total or a minimum of $50

  • Non-refundable

  • Applied toward the final tattoo price

  • Required to secure your appointment

  • Deposits cover the time spent: Planning your tattoo, acquiring supplies, preparing your appointment, and reserving your appointment time.

3. Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours / 1 day notice.

  • You receive one complimentary reschedule.

  • After your first reschedule, late reschedule, or No-call/No-show a $50 reschedule fee is  required to reschedule your appointment.

4. Cancellations

  • If you cancel your appointment the day of you have forfeited your deposit payment and will not be refunded.

  • If you cancel your appointment after confirmation yours deposit may be used as credit towards any service or purchase with PVRE

5. Late Policy

  • Please arrive on time.

  • Grace period: 15 minutes

  • If you arrive after the grace period: your appointment may be shortened, rescheduled, or your deposit may be forfeited

  • ​

6. No Shows

  • If you miss your appointment without contacting me you will be charged an additional fee to reschedule or may no longer be eligible to book future appointments.

7. Consultation Policy

  • Consultations are done through text, video call, Or in person.​

  • I do not offer over the phone consultations because they do not allow me to view the area being tattooed or keep record of our discussion for future reference.

  • Consultations help us discuss: Tattoo concepts, Placement, Size, Budget, and Scheduling.

8. Design Policy

  • If you decide to book with me please understand that I am a FREESTYLE artist.

  • Every tattoo is custom created.

  • Designs are not sent before the appointment.

  • Designs are hand-drawn directly onto your skin using marker. This allows me to apply my creativity through my freestyle process and be able to make minor adjustments if needed, ensuring that your tattoo is completely one of a kind.

 

9. Pricing

  • Minimum tattoo price: $100

  • Final pricing depends on: Size, Placement, Detail, and time required.

  • Quotes, estimates, or invoices may change if the project changes in any way.

10. Placement Photos

  • When requesting a quote, please include:

✔ Clear photos of the area being tattooed (Google images are not accepted. Images must reflect the actual canvas I will be working  on)

✔ Inspiration images (if applicable)

✔ Existing tattoo photos (if it's a cover-up or restoration)

 

11. Preparing for Your Appointment | Before your appointment:

  • Eat a full meal

  • Exfoliate the day before

  • Stay hydrated

  • Get plenty of rest

  • Shower before arriving

  • Wear clothing that allows easy access to the tattoo area

  • Avoid: alcohol/recreational drugs 24 hours prior to your appointment, Excessive sun exposure, or Blood-thinning medications unless prescribed by your physician

 

12. Guests

  • No more than two guest are allowed to accompany you during your appointment.

  • Please arrange childcare unless you have discussed bringing your child(ren) with me prior to your appointment. I am not apposed I just need to be aware.

 

13. Age Requirement | Clients must be:

  • 18 years or older with valid government-issued photo ID.

  • (No exceptions.)

 

14. Touch-Ups | Touch-up policy:

  • Must be requested within 60 days of receiving your tattoo.

  • Touch-ups do not include: Poor aftercare, sun damage, natural aging, significant weight changes, or tattoos that were previously done by another artist.

  • Tattoos previously done by another artist must be booked as a  coverup or restoration and will include additional fees. 

 

15. Health & Safety

Please notify me before your appointment if you:

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding

  • Have a medical or skin condition

  • Have allergies

  • Take blood-thinning medication

  • Are currently sick

Appointments may be rescheduled if necessary.

 

16. Payment | Accepted payment methods:

  • Cash

  • Remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment.

  • $5 Processing fee will be added to payments made through third-party platforms such as: Cashapp or Apple Pay.

 

17. Aftercare

  • Aftercare instructions will be provided at the end of your appointment.

  • Following proper aftercare is essential for proper healing.

  • Aftercare is available to purchase including: Soap, Butters, Ointments, and additional bandage.

 

18. Communication

19. Agreement

  • By submitting a booking request and paying a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all booking policies.
